Annual General Meeting: 

Our Annual General Meeting will be conducted at the upcoming Club meeting on Wednesday August 7th, commencing at 7.30pm. It will be conducted in person at the Clubrooms at Carindale and via Zoom.
At the meeting, all committee positions will be declared vacant, as will the non-committee positions of Gold Coast Coordinator and Sunshine Coast Coordinator. All financial members are eligible to nominate for these positions and we encourage you to get involved in your Club. The work involved and the time commitment for most roles are not onerous, so please consider nominating.

Committee meetings are held on the third Thursday each month, and are conducted entirely by Zoom, so you do not have to live in Brisbane to nominate for a position.
